capacities. He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial
mortgage banking. Tom is a past President of the Illinois Mortgage
Bankers Association and a graduate of Lake Forest College.

Andy
joined the firm in 1976 and has wide-ranging experience in all aspects
of commercial mortgage banking including debt and equity financing. He
is responsible for all new production and institutional relationships.
He is a past Director of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and
former Chair of its Income Property Group. Andy is a graduate of
Vanderbilt University and a licensed real estate broker.

has been with the Company since 1974 and is responsible for all
servicing and accounting functions. Additionally, John is responsible
for the asset management of properties the Company oversees. He holds
an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and attended
the University of Chicago's graduate school. John began his career with
the accounting firm of Peat Marwick.

has been with The Philipsborn Company since the beginning of 2000.
David is involved in the origination, structuring, and placement of
debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining the Company, he was
involved in the brokerage, leasing, and marketing of commercial
properties for over 12 years. David holds a MBA degree from the
University of Chicago, a Bachelor degree from Northwestern University.

Roger
has been with The Philipsborn Company since 1996 after graduating from
the University of Illinois with a Master of Science degree in Finance
and a Bachelor degree, Suma Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona.
Roger is responsible for the preparation of mortgage and equity
submissions, property inspections and valuations, and network systems.
